Fall 2 | Parkour Lessons | K - Gr 3

For young athletes in the FUNdamentals stage where athletes develop working on core movement skills in structured and unstructured activities. Using a wide variety of equipment throughout our facility to learn with new friends and old friends, while being active and developing a strong self-esteem.

  • 1-hour sessions once a week
  • 7 sessions total
  • Class ratio 6:1

Intro / Novice

  • For new athletes looking to start their Parkour progression. They learn the basic skills of control, balance, and coordination. They will learn the progressions and beginner tricks in the facility.

Intermediate

  • For athletes who have completed the Airhouse intro to Parkour Lessons and/or have experience in Parkour. Athletes will develop and refine the fundamental skills and movements in a Coach-led, challenging, fair, and supportive environment. Athletes will build their confidence on the Parkour floor and equipment.
