It builds on the basic skills of traditional trampolining and then allows the athlete to develop their own set of skills.

Learn the fundamental progression of skill development for each trick.
Focused on Fun Continued learning of the ABC’s of movement. Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed. Through play and movement, the young athletes are developing the fundamental movement skills that will provide the foundation for learning sports skills at an older age.

Our Coaches guide athletes through active playtime, helping build important connections within the brain and between the brain and muscles.
All lessons are taught by certified coaches using the Canada Sport For Life age-appropriate levels. Start with the basics of trampoline safety and continue to work on developing skills at the athlete’s pace and comfort level.
