Athletes move into the LEARN TO TRAIN stage understanding the rules, tactics, and decision-making in their chosen sport. Coaches focus on guiding the development of coordination and fine motor control.
There is more emphasis on formalized training methods with a balance of free play for exploration. Plus a conversion of fundamental movement skills into fundamental sport skills.

Intro / Novice
For new skaters looking to start their Skateboarding progression. Skaters learn the basic skills of control, balance, and coordination. They will learn the progressions and beginner tricks on their skateboards and learn how to drop into the half-pipe.
Intermediate
For athletes with basic skateboarding skills and who wish to develop and refine their skills further.
