Winter | Parkour Lessons | K - Gr 3

1-hour sessions once a week, for 9 sessions. Class ratio 6:1.

Intro / Novice

• Athletes will learn the fundamental skills and movements in a Coach-led, challenging, fair and supportive environment. Athletes will begin to develop and refine their skills on the parkour floor and equipment.

Intermediate

• For athletes who have completed the Airhouse intro to parkour lessons and/or have experience in Parkour. Athletes will develop and refine the fundamental skills and movements in a Coach-led, challenging, fair, and supportive environment. Athletes will build their confidence on the Parkour floor and equipment.
